During my workout i noticed i could see my reflection in it. I started watching myself and ended up having a little breakdown after a few minutes. Nothing I was doing looked remotely close to what they were doing. Anyone else ever had this happen?

Just do what you like, as long as your moving, that is all that counts. Form will come with time.

YES - excellent advice from Soulnoid! Just keep moving...it keeps the heart rate up and the metabolic impact on your weight loss.

That's why I don't go to the gym. I know I would concern myself with what everyone was doing or what they looked like. Like Soulnoid said, all that matters is that you're moving. Don't concern yourself with what they're doing. Do your own thing.
