It is Sunday 6/3 & I've been on this program 1 week and only lost 2.8 lbs! I also lost a total of 4" off my bust, waist, abdomen, hips & upper arms. I have been on a modified Isagenix program because of a health issue. But now I'm going to kick it up a notch. I want results for all the suffering!

Does anything help to wake up metabolism? I used to be very energetic & always on the go. Now I spend too much time playing games on the computer! Any hints on getting motivated?

Excuse me, but I think 2.8 pounds in one week is a GREAT loss. If you do that consistently, you will be doing really well.

yea, one of the most important parts of a weight loss program is to have realistic expectations. You had a great loss. Some weeks will be big and others small. Some weeks we gain and others stay the same. It's all a part of the weight loss journey. Just stay consistent and keep going and you will get to goal.
