Grrr! I gained .5 lb :(
204.5 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 74.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am with you! Dreading recording my weight today which bounced up, but confident it will go down tomorrow with all this weekend's exercise.

I have this horrid notion that all of my weight will be lost from my chest! But I DO think we are gaining muscle. I am SO much stronger than before.

HEIDIJOY: I hear you! I am finding I'm stronger and not as tired as before to. Exercise actually makes me feel more energetic.
