1210 kcal Fat: 39.11g | Prot: 112.75g | Carb: 100.00g.   Breakfast: Bacon, Land o lakes honey butter spread, Organic Whole Grain Extra Thick Rolled Oa, Sourdough roll, Beckys chocolate shake, Apple, Silk almond milk. Lunch: Watermelon, Dill relish, Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Broccoli, Sara lee light honey wheat bread, Miracle whip. Dinner: Parmesan Cheese (Low Sodium), Lettuce salad with assorted vegetables, Green beans, Light Done Right House Italian Reduced Fat Salad Dressing, Chicken breast boneless skinless. Snacks/Other: Silk almond milk, GNC total lean, Beckys chocolate shake. more...
