Evening all just a quick journal before i go to bed been a full on day today, started off going to Bolton Country Park where they had a lovely park for the kids, i ran down the hill chasing them and was mortified to find my tracksuit bottoms had actually fallen down!!! We then went onto southport and walked along the seafront and admired the Anthony Gormley statues that stand in the sand we walked back to the car which was round trip of about 3 miles, we finished it off with fish and chips in the pub, dont think it should do any damage as had the usual 1 pint milk and branflakes for brekki and about 4 coffees, lunch was out on the run i opted for a weight watchers chicken wrap that had 268 calories and stuck with diet coke so really only the fish and chips which were bad not sure how bad they were compared to propper fish and chip shop ones. Father in law came round about half an hour ago and they have cancelled the kids staying overnight on bank holiday monday due to father inlaw not feeling so good so was very dissapointed as it is the wedding we are going to, anywahy mum in law now coming to our house to sit for us it just means that we have to be in earlier and get up early, never mind at least i still get to wear my dress. Street party tomorrow due to pour with rain tho hope it's not too wet for too long as kids are looking forward to it, back and foot still seem to be ok after my zumba class and the walking today, will now try to cut down on the painkillers. Anyway off to bed now have a good night everyone :-)

Sorry you were mortified. I know that feeling. When the children were younger, my ex husband took us all to the beach, Broastairs in Kent. I was so shy with my bikini on but thought, "i am going to relax", so i thought ok, i will bounce in the waist high water, trying to relax i noticed the massive grin on ex hubbies face. I was mortified to find my boobs were bouncing about with gusto, except one boob was still in the bra cup, whilst the other had completely escaped from the bra cup and was bouncing about with a mind of its own and a will to get all the attention of the packed beach.eeeeeeeeeeekkkkkkkkkkkkk... never wore one since, i am afraid. xx

:-(. Sorry the kids "overnight" stay has been cancelled again. Still at least you get to go to the wedding and wear your dress. I think fish shop F and C are about 800+ calories (depending on the oil they use and the portion size of course). LOL about the track suit pants.... Lucky you didn't 'trip' over them ...
