I'm happy to report that I was the biggest loser at TOPS again this week with a 2-1/2 lb. weight loss. Woohoo! I wasn't 100% on track but did much better this week and continued to improve the choices I make when eating out.

I have had two days relatively free from pain, and I am positive that my dietary changes have had something to do with that (reducing inflammation throughout my body is my guess).

The weight loss and the way I feel are great motivating factors to strive for even further improvements in this coming week.
243.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 88.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
