Alright, this makes me a little nervous... I've stuck at or around the 130 lb mark for about a month which is cool with me! Now I am going to attempt to take things into my own hands and not keep track of everything I eat on a daily basis. I'll try this for a week and see what happens, still weighing myself everyday though!! Wish me luck :)
