Started back on the ketosis diet today. Went pretty good. I feel pretty good. I have been going to the bathroom like crazy. I am trying to drink enough water, because yoiu have to when you are on a high protein diet. i am confident that i stayed under my 50 carbs today.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
