Well, week two and I'm still stuck at a plateau, I'm hoping its just muscle. But I'm going to keep at the exercise and hopefully I'll get over this :)
159.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
