Another late day with friends, but I kept to the diet and only deviated around 100 calories. I think the mindset going in was a lot better, and being prepared really helped. Tired, but a good day overall. I also had a great workout, although I should have done a little more cardio :/ but I hate doing it so what am I going to do? Haha, anyways, 2 am now, so gonna turn in.
