i'm like a human water slide!
LOL! i love how the thingamajig says 'at your current rate, it will take you 4 weeks (or some preposterous amount of time, i forgot between there and here, it was THAT insane) to reach your goal.
Uhm no, this is only water weight and will slow RIGHT down as soon as it is actual fat being burned.
HOWEVER; Do not think for a second that seeing such a difference on the scale is not motivating. At least I know it's all working.

oh and, I didn't follow the diet reasonably well, I followed it to the letter. I forgot about that selection thingy, so I didn't change it.
