I got "volun-told" that I was working a BINGO for my daughters swim club tonight...I must have walked 15kms in circles on a concrete floor. My feet hurt, my knees hurt, my back hurts...I'm bagged! I guess I should just do what everyone else does...do a couple laps, then sit for a couple of mins, then do a couple laps...I just keep walking around, selling tickets and calling BINGO...it's kinda fun, but very low key...

Anyway, that was my exercise & my diet went fairly well...only 48 cal above my RDI (I had an oatmeal raisin cookie), so I'm happy with that. I'm going to re-examine my diet to see what reductions/substitutions I can make so that I don't feel hungry, but reduce my calories.

Way to support the kids! Its rough. I see you eating lots of processed package stuff. Maybe you should check out some fruits and veggies, they have that stuff up in the Great White North this time of year dont they? :-P

Funny Story, at the malls here, and at the airport they have corn stands. They sell yellow corn with toppings, like it is ice cream or something. Anyway, something to think about, stuff you and I take for granted, they eat up over here like it is a treat. lol
