So during tonight's workout at the Gym a guy walks up and starts taking to my work out partner only to find out that they are old friends and he is the Xtreme workout program trainer at the Gym. So he has informed us that we will be participating in his advanced class tomorrow... Oh this is going to hurt....

So how did the class go....?

I almost died,.. LOL It was a great class that I am not ready for. I recently got off of blood pressure pills since I quit smoking and that class jacked my blood pressure way too high,.. I am not ready for cross training yet but I did learn several very good exercises. I was the oldest in the class and held my own but I need to pace myself.. I am not doing all of this to fit in a smaller casket. :)
