I want to keep track of what I eat everyday, no exceptions. I started p90x this week and I want to see results. I also decided I kind of want to build more muscle, and look into bodybuilding. I want to keep running, but not put so much pressure on myself. I have to keep in perspective to have fun!

Anyway I like to think I eat pretty healthy, but my portions are a problem. Plus I feel like I'm always hungry, and Always thinking of what I want to eat next. I also want to start planning my meals ahead of time for the week, maybe even cook them ahead of time and pre-portion them out for the week. bodybuilding.com talks about how important planing is, so we'll see how it goes.
