I'd like to say I've been doing well, but I think my absence from here is evidence that I gave up quicker than I started. Shortly after starting, I began attending a 10 week licensing course, and it has consumed and wiped me out more than I could've imagined. It has been heavy amount of book work this first part, but in the next week, the homework and testing will end. I'm starting myself back off on my weight loss goals by joining the walk and water challenge. I have to do this!! For me!!
230.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
