Ok Monday was a complete flop. Hey, it was Memorial Day, me and my son barbecued and afterwards, I just went to bed. But today, I did take my first Zumba class at YMCA and it was a 55 min class so I think I made up for it. Walking my 30 minutes tomorrow. I've been drinking my water as well and watching what I eat (counting calories). I'll do my food diary in just a second. Hope everyone else has started well as well, keep up the good work!

@kalekalekale, Zumba is great, i loved it. It can get pretty intense but the dancing makes it fun. I'd recommend it.
