Did ok today. Breakfast was a bowl of apple cinimon cereal w/1% Milk, snack was a special K fruit bar, lunch was a lean cuisine meal, and dinner was 2 salmon croket patties. Drank 4 cups of 18 oz water. No exercise today. Gotta work on that.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 108.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
