I'm not sure what's going on but I don't think I'm eating enough or maybe it's the stuff I'm eating. I've noticed when I eat some things I'm not supposed to or I go over my rdi I've set for myself I actually lose more weight. I have my rdi set at 1700 and 2300 is what is recommended based on my weight and activity level. The weekend of mothers day, I didn't add in everything that I ate so I know I ate way more than my 1700 calories and I still lost 3 pounds within like 2 days after that. This past week I've slipped up a little and I've been eating a little more. I weighed myself today and I've lost 2 pounds. I'm going to increase my rdi to either 1900 or 2000 and see what happens. I had some medical issues so I could exercise. I was ready to start exercising but then I got sick. Once I feel better I'm going to start exercising again.
