I live and work in New York City and three years ago I started a part-time grad program. I spent my entire life playing sports and maintaining a very good standard of health and fitness but when I went back to school I lost a lot of the time I had previously spent working out and maintaining a healthy diet. I worked out less and started eating out more. I've put on weight, lost muscle and have been much less disciplined overall.

I've finally graduated from grad school and now it's time to get back on track. My goal is to start working out more, playing sports again and eating a healthy diet to get as close to my college playing weight as I can.
