8 o'clock and I'm so thinking I should just go to bed. I'm so tired. But if I go now I'm sure to be up half way through the night. Did good with my eating today. Stayed in my RDI. Hoping for a good day tomorrow as well. I do feel like eating something sweet but I know it's just to get me that boost of energy I need just to get me through the day or should I say to what's left of the day. LOL Never the less I'm not giving in to it.
