I woke up this morning feeling great. I was concerned if I would get the Atkins "flu", but I am in ketosis this afternoon and feel wonderful.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 May 2012:
2009 kcal Fat: 160.78g | Prot: 113.66g | Carb: 40.31g.   Breakfast: Whipping Cream, butter, coffee, brewed, water, Basic MIM (from Atkins Community Forum). Lunch: Chopped Chicken Cobb Salad, water, Colby Jack Cheese. Dinner: sugar free whipped cream, half and half, butter, water, coffee, sugar free jello, Perkins Restaurant Senior Top Sirloin Steak, perkins blue cheese salad dressing. Snacks/Other: Perkins butter steamed broccoli w/o side of butter, Perkins Side salad no croutons. more...

That is good news. Not everyone experiences Atkins the same way. When you're a true carb-addict you actually experience symptoms of withdrawal both physical and psychological.
