I started phase one of the Aktkins diet today. I need a kick start in losing some of this weight! The scale hasn't moved and I am really frustated!
Found some delicious 1 net carb bread - only good for toast though - but that's fine with me as least I get BREAD!!!

1362 kcal Fat: 95.84g | Prot: 87.26g | Carb: 53.97g.   Breakfast: Butter, turkey bacon, cheddar cheese shredded, Hard Bolied Eggs. Lunch: California Avocados, bib lettuce, roast beef sliced, Chicken, Havarti Cheese. Dinner: jello sugar free, Whipped Cream (Pressurized). Snacks/Other: quest bar, dry roasted almonds, pine nuts. more...
