Trying to lose the last ten pounds. Weighded 205 in 2001. With exericse and a better diet I was able to get down to about 160 in the next 2 years. Slow and steady.Three kids and 11 years later I'm at 145. I've been here way to long, about 5 years. I need to clean up my eating. I exercise everyday, alternating cardio and weight training, and love it. It always makes me feel great. The diet is what holds me back. I actually eat fairly well most of the time, but I can put down a lot and I struggle with bingeing( and I do me bingeing in the true, eating disorder sense of the word) on junk about 2 or 3 times a month. I use food to destress. I'm slowing learning new coping skills and a healthier way of dealing with stress.Each evening is a battle. But I continue to educate myself and refuse to give up.
