finished p90x at the end of april started 2nd round of p90x I really need to work on my diet better because i can do it. Through Jesus the Christ I can do all things.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
