Time to start over. I have been doing awful on my diet and exercise lately. My doctor took me off of the diet pills I had been taking and suddenly I am craving sweets and bread. I haven't drank so much soda in years and to go along with that I am so tired I can't seem to make myself workout. I keep telling myself I will start tomorrow or I have a headache so I will start tomorrow or whatever stupid excuse I have lined up for the day. BUT NOT ANYMORE!! I do have a headache today, but I will workout after work. I will burn at least 600 calories. And I will like it!

You GO girl!!!! I am in the exact same place as you, and doing my very best to find my mojo again...I CANNOT let myself undo all that I've done...we can do this! 600 calories though??? That's a heck of a workout! :-)
