Ive been doing a walk/run workout on my treadmill. At a 5 incline Im doing a speed of 3.3 walk and 5 run. I walk 5 and run one. Well, at least today thats what I did. I had a cup of coffee with 3 scoops powder creamer, and 1 Truvia. No food yet. Had 1 OxyElite and right now I feel great. :D
