1425 kcal Fat: 57.30g | Prot: 76.55g | Carb: 166.60g.   Breakfast: kashi flax, greek yogurt vanilla voskos. Lunch: salad greens, garbanzo beans, whipped cream cheese, popsicle no sugar added, smart ones turkey, lighthouse thousand island, strawberries, sharp cheddar, marshmallow puff. Dinner: popsicle no sugar added, egg, flour tortilla, chili beans, cheddar jack cheese. Snacks/Other: voskos yogurt vanilla, kashi flax, light popcorn. more...
