Well, well...I've been overstating my breakfast calories for the last month. One day I had 2 servings of my oatmeal and that changed the default. Didn't notice until today. I went back and fixed all the incorrect entries. What a difference. I couldn't figure out why I was going over my RDI so much lately. Observant, aren't I?

Thank you, Gwen. I very well may wander my neighborhood, someday, not knowing where I came from but I'm gonna look damn good doing it! Hah! :-P
