Hi!! This is my first time doing this. I have always been an athlete and been disciplined with the exercise part of healthy living, but not necessarily the nutrition part. My weight goes up and down a lot. After my freshman year in college I reached my highest weight at 180lbs, then sophomore year I lost 30 pounds and was feeling great at 150. That stuck until I graduated college and gained 20 pounds the summer of 2011. Im hoping that at the end of summer 2012 I will be back at 150lbs. I remember feeling so great with myself and I felt really healthy. By using this food diary, I am determined to be focused and in control of the way I eat. I have also decided to give up diet coke and all sodas in general. Usually I drink diet coke with every meal, but I am interested to see if I will make better food choices if I drink water instead. Here goes nothing!!
