After a vacation to Disney I realized that taking a break shouldn't mean everything I wanted to eat ever that I couldn't eat on my diet. The last day I put on my size 16 pants and they were tight! After wearing 14s for a couple weeks and now looking back at our vacation photos I realize I could do a lot better. SO I'm back and jumping on the band wagon! Back to induction I go!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
