Welcome back from a successful holiday weekend - kept to the 1800 calories (took some serious planning and ALOT OF WATER) and the P90x routine. ((I always look forward to Sundays! - Rest day))

Not a ton of energy lately - guess it's the cold - but still keep pushing through it.

Cardio X this morning - actually enjoyed it - sweated BUCKETS (drank ALOT OF WATER YESTERDAY). Found out I was doing the Dreya Roll incorrectly - I was rolling back nearly to Plough stance then rolling back. Had the big "OH" moment yesterday when Tony said your heels are supposed to go straight up when you roll back. Improvement on the move - still can't roll right back up and stand up. Hands still helping me get back up. So still more room for improvement.

Good to hear Sunday from friends - "Not sure what you are doing, but keep it up - you look fabulous!" ((Love the affirmations...))

Day after a holiday at work - long weekend was nice, but today have to pay the piper so to speak. Resisted the temptation to measure myself yesterday - trying to hold out until July. Probably won't, but will try. lol It's gonna be a great day! ;0)
