Just recorded my weight - would not have bothered due to excessive celebrations of the 3 day weekend but had to in order to complete the "Focus and Commitment Challenge".

A note on that challenge - even though the weight lose was dismal, the challenge itself was a success! I am refocused and recommitted and feel great about what I am doing.

Size 10 - here I come.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1420 kcal Fat: 87.73g | Prot: 97.98g | Carb: 57.88g.   Breakfast: half and half, half and half, brewed coffee, brewed coffee. Lunch: cucumber, onion, Yellow Pepper, Dole Salad, chicken breast, boiled egg, tomato, hellmann, Feta Dressing. Dinner: taco seasoning McCormick, low carb wrap, spicy ranch, black beans, black olives, cheese, sour cream, onion, lean ground beef. Snacks/Other: bacon bits, brewed coffee, swiss cheese, half and half, egg. more...

Buffy, I wouldn't be surprised if that gain is all fluid retention, especially with all the yard work you did! Glad you recorded it and glad you are feeling great. Have a wonderful week!

Yeah for a size 10!!!! That little up isn't anything to worry about. You'll have it gone before you know it was even there.

Hey Buffy...right there with you! I don't weigh in till tomorrow, but anticipate the same. As you say, I remain committed to focus & recommit, but I have kind of forgiven myself for May already....June will be better. BTW - Happy Anniversary!!
