I did poorly this weekend. I find if I record everything that I eat I lose, if I don't I gain. As you can see I have gained. I will do better this week and try to record everything, I mean everything I eat.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
