Weight 155
So far, I have done fairly well with losing weight by simply eliminating stress and not being home alone so much. Now it's time to watch what I eat closer and exercise more.

You HAD to mention Dr. Pepper!!!! That was my fav! I used to drink at least 5-6 bottles a day. No WONDER I gained so much weight!

I lost 10 pounds and my weight goes between 155 and 157. I want to lose more but I am afraid I am going to gain all the weight back. I thought maybe I should try to maintain this weight for a month before continuing on. I also thought it might help me not to stall when I continue you on. My goal weight is 140...I am so close. If I can eliminate some of my stress I think I would have an easier time losing...
