8 miles of walking this morning and cycle class at the gym in the middle of my walk.

You are awesome walking to and from your gym almost everyday! How long does it take you to walk there? I have short legs so 4 miles would take me almost 90 minutes!

I walk there in about 1 hour average at 4 mph. I take my time getting back home after the gym for a cool down, so going home is about 1 hr and 20.

LOL - yes, I noticed in your profile you are six feet tall! I guess you can walk with longer strides than me...I would be running to keep up!

Here in Florida it is way too hot for that. I tried it the other day...UUGGHH
