First training session for two weeks!
Started with a longer warmup walk and alternated between jogging and walking.It was a good sweat and felt it especially with the dry mouth.
warmup 8min 2 min jog alternated between walking & Jogging + (Hill + cooldown)
Total time:39:49 Distance 3.78km best pace 4m47 avg pace 10m32
Have to be realistic and take it slow!
