Weight loss had stalled a bit in the latter part of March, so I decided to experiment a bit and try lowering my carbs for a week. Of course this means my fats will go up by 15+ grams per day - but my protein will be more in line with what I believe it should be.
My calorie breakdown graphic looks like a peace sign - lol.
