Breakfast: fresh blackberries, great value whipped cream cheese, 100% whole wheat bagels, great value reduced fat milk. Lunch: tuscan garden croutons, roast beef, farmland thick cut bacon, fat free western dressing, green pepper, tomato, Lettuce. Dinner: Bananas, great value reduced fat milk, fit & active nonfat plain yogurt, Clover Honey, baking cocoa(made a banana shake for supper- it was gross!).
