today is my first day of chnging my lifestyle as I gained lots of weight recently and that affects my life, my bad cholesterol is little bit high and my triglyceride is high...in addition yesterday I went to buy new clothes....but....my size is one size bigger and the problem is all that accumulated in my abdomen...I have no problems in my body...so no more sexy clothes!!!!!
