Oh Dear!

I have NEVER been so large before!

Any help/advice appreciated I think I'm a food addict!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet AMK11's own diet   gaining 0.6 lb a week

Hey AMK I saw that you are not eating so much protein, only 50g/day, the recommended protein per day is 2-3g protein per kg weight. A tips is to eat more protein so you don't feel so hungry between meals. Hope this help :)

Make sure you remember to drink lots of water in addition to getting enough protein. If you're a soda junkie, I suggest removing one of those sodas a day and having a glass of water instead. Eventually, you can increase it so that you hardly ever have soda. I hope this helps =)
