Oh Dear!
I have NEVER been so large before!
Any help/advice appreciated I think I'm a food addict!

205.0 lb
Lost so far: 0 lb.
Still to go: 65.0 lb.
Diet followed poorly.

Hey AMK
I saw that you are not eating so much protein, only 50g/day, the recommended protein per day is 2-3g protein per kg weight. A tips is to eat more protein so you don't feel so hungry between meals.

Make sure you remember to drink lots of water in addition to getting enough protein. If you're a soda junkie, I suggest removing one of those sodas a day and having a glass of water instead. Eventually, you can increase it so that you hardly ever have soda. I hope this helps =)
