After several months of no real movement, despite doing a lot of exercise (which probably accounts for the net stability) a week of stress, cycling, walking & gym with mostly salads due to the hot weather means I have lost a couple of pounds & it seems to have stuck for now.

Lost so far: 2.6 lb.
Still to go: 20.4 lb.
Diet followed N/A.
