I haven't weighed this little in years. I started doing the ten minute solution kickboxing dvd today. Ten minutes was more than enough! My wii calculated that I am in the physical shape of a sixty nine year old person! If that isn't a sign you need to do something different, what is?
217.0 lb Lost so far: 36.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
