Scale was different, and the scale I will be using consistently says I am 145.8. Played tennis today. I'm trying to be more active, but it's hard to get the motivation to do it. Soon day one will be over and I will continue on. :)
145.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
