I've run my heart out at the bluenose marathon 10k, and I have continued to run/jog between 10k and 15k a week. Loving it!!!!!!!!!!
207.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
