had been following cruise perfectly - monday was a bit high sodium pp, tuesday though friday was perfect until friday evening when i had a binge. 3 pb sands, 1 chz sand, 1 pk swiss cake rolls, 1 ice cream sandwich, bowl chinese noodles, 2 hot dog buns with butter. stress induced binge due to fear of of not having enough dd food (end of month). back on track today - today & tomorrow pp day. i got this.
247.2 lb Lost so far: 124.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
