I started on the Alternate day diet today. I am going to follow it concurrently with the carbohydrate concentration diet...which means on my up days i will be on CCD.

I have not kept track on my up day I guess I better. I don't want to go nuts and gain back what I lost. I could use a buddy if you are interested.
