Well, despite a blip last night when I indulged in beer, crisps AND ice cream (!) we're still at the same weight today even with PMT. Must take care not to do the same today, though, and must make sure to have a long, brisk walk.
Off to the doctor's in a few minutes to confirm that no2 daughter has chicken pox :( She's so disappointed that she'll probably miss her primary school graduation ceremony on Monday evening - let's go and get the diagnosis confirmed first and get the doctor's advice. Fingers crossed x
