First day on 1500 cal diet from doctors office.

the first week is the hardest. its just like breaking an addiction. but if you make it past the first week, the rest is easy. keep in mind that fat does not create fat, SUGAR does! so stay away from anything that has more than 5 grams of sugar. always follow the serving sizes. and also, helthy foods like veggies are naturally low calorie. so you dont need to starve yourself, eat as many veggies as you want, it doesnt tast AS good, but itll fill you up and make you drop weight like wildfire. stay away from butters, oils, processed foods, calories in drinks (only drink water, and tea with no sugar. use fat free original powdered creamer and truvia for your coffee) and stay awaaaaaaaay from refined sugars. keep your fruits at 2-4 servings a day, eat one serving of some type of bread with each meal so you dont deprive your body of energy, and you're golden(: goodluck! you can do it
