have been on track all week and excercising... weighed leas last week because I had just come off a 2 day cleanse so I was completely empty. hopefully next www ill be out of the 180's :)
182.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 42.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
