the most succesful approach for me is having a daily deficit goal to lose weight. recently i have tried other methods such as just following a diet menu and i have found it difficult to follow. i am going to return to a daily 1200 calorie deficit for a 1lb weight loss about every three days. i took some "day 1" bikini pictures to motivate me so hopefully that also reminds me of my goals. in my pictures im obviously soft in the hips and thighs and it really throws off my whole shape, so some cardio and weights are in order! here's to being 5 minutes into the next 2808 hours of this new challenge!
goals: 1200 daily calorie deficit 1lb/3 days weight loss rate weekly pics every thursday nite 2L water daily follow TurboFire workouts no candy or chocolate!! find alternatives for cravings.
